Paladon Systems completes transition to ISO 9001:2015 certification
In 1989 Paladon Systems was one of the first companies in the industry to achieve ISO 9001 certification and, 28 years later, we are proud to announce that we are again one of the first to transition to ISO 9001:2015.
Quality System Management Administrator, Julia Haworth, “We’ve been working on the transition from ISO 9001:2008 to 2015 for the last two years and are delighted that we have achieved it over a year before ISO 9001:2008 becomes obsolete.
One of the main benefits of the upgraded quality management system is that it establishes a systematic and comprehensive approach to risk, rather than ISO 9001:2008 which treated it as a single component of the entire system. The system’s new approach to risk will allow us to be better able to identify opportunities for improvement and to more easily implement preventive actions.
Ultimately, the new system will support Paladon Systems’ continued growth through improved project management and levels of customer service.”
