To access your work emails from your Apple device:
- Go to “Settings”
- Go to “Mail, Contacts, Calendars”
- Under the “Account” section, click on “Add Account”
- Click on “Exchange”
- Enter your email address and password into the relevant fields. You can choose any account description that you wish
- Click “Next”
- Enter “ex3.mail.ovh.net” into the Server field
- Enter your full email address into the Domain field
- Enter your username into the Username field. This will normally be your first and last name in lower case with no space between them; or it will be your full email address
- Click “Next”
- If you have entered the above details correctly, your device will verify the settings and you are now ready to access your work emails from your Apple device
