New General Manager for UK headquarters
Holding the position of Finance Director since 2004, Paladon Systems is delighted to announce that Laurence Goode has been promoted the position of General Manager for their UK facility. In his new role, Laurence will be responsible for managing the Engineering, Contracts, Production, Finance and Service teams. The UK’s Sales and Marketing teams will continue to report to Managing Director, Brian Ennever.
Laurence Goode, “To improve our level of customer service in 2018 and beyond, our UK facility’s main focus will now be on the development, design and supply of our more advanced valve automation technologies; including electro-hydraulic valve positioning systems, self-contained electro-hydraulic systems, hydraulic power units and bespoke complex control systems. By consolidating this type of work into a single facility, we expect to be able to shorten product development cycles and efficiently manage even the largest and most technically demanding projects.
Our new Italian facility will continue to manufacture all of our actuators, but it will now also be responsible for the design and manufacture of traditional valve automation technologies such as standard pneumatic and hydraulic control systems, gas-over-oil and direct gas systems.
As GM, my initial focus will be improving contract management and customer support through better supply chain management, the continued development of the shared MS Dynamics business system with our Italian facility, building closer ties with our technology partners and improving the level of employee technical training at our UK facility.”
