David Walton returns to Paladon Systems in the position of Customer Service Engineer
Reporting to the Engineering Manager Brian Simister, Paladon Systems is pleased to announce that David Walton has re-joined Paladon Systems to head-up its Customer Service department.
Paladon Systems provides a comprehensive suite of field services from initial site surveys through to installation and commissioning and David will act as the primary customer contact for these activities. Although much of David’s day-to-day responsibilities will be the management of customer service contracts, his previous 5 years’ experience working as a Service Engineer for Paladon Systems will enable him to personally conduct any site work as and when required.
David “After leaving Paladon Systems about a year ago, I stayed in close contact with my old colleagues and so was kept abreast of the significant sales growth the company has enjoyed over the last year, as well as its considerable investment in its HPU (Hydraulic Power Unit) and Turbine Bypass R&D programmes. With the company now taking on much larger and more complex projects, I am pleased to re-join the team to help ensure that Paladon Systems maintains its reputation for providing advanced valve automation solutions that are backed by unrivalled levels of onsite customer service.”
