A letter to our UK customers from our Managing Director, Brian Ennever
Dear Sir/Madam,
Paladon Systems is delighted to announce that, following a Company restructure late last year, our UK facility will now be solely dedicated to our UK customers.
Previously Paladon Systems’ UK facility was responsible for providing quotations, design and production engineering, contract management and after sales support to all of their customers on a global basis; however, following the Company restructure, the UK facility will now be fully dedicated to only Paladon Systems’ UK based customers; giving them the following benefits:
Quotations
- Same time zone and zero language barriers result in quicker quotation submission times and reduced errors.
- Increased ability to jointly attend meetings with EPCs and End Users during pre-award meetings to better communicate the technical advantages of joint solutions.
Contract Management
- Same time zone and zero language barriers for faster and more accurate communication during the entire UK working day.
- Reduced contract management costs whenever travel is required.
- Reduced product delivery times and costs.
- Increased ability to provide short-notice support at customer facilities during product integration and testing; and with reduced mobilisation costs.
After Sales Support
- Increased ability to provide short-notice onsite support. Reduced travel times and mobilisation costs when compared to internationally based companies.
