Click on the required date for the meeting on the, "Book Meeting Room" calendar located on the top right hand side of the screen
Click on the "Add an event" link
Enter the title of the meeting in the "Subject" text box
Select your name from the "Event Creator" drop down menu
Select one of the two option, "Main Boardroom Booking" or "Downstairs Meeting Room Booking" in the "Categories" text box
Leave the "Access Level" drop down menu on it's default setting of "Public"
If you require the meeting room for the entire day, click on the "All day Event or Unspecified time" check box or enter the meeting's start and end times in the "Start Time" and "End Time" text boxes
If the meeting is a one off event, scroll up to the top of the pop up window and click "Save" or if the meeting is going to be a regular event, select the require options under the "Repeat type" title
