Jack Underwood joins Paladon Systems to expand their customer service capabilities
Paladon Systems is pleased to welcome the latest addition to their after sales customer service team. Reporting to Engineering Manager Brian Simister, Jack will initially be responsible for providing customer support for UK installations.
Brian Simister, “Jack has a broad experience with servicing the pneumatic and hydraulic systems used in heavy construction machinery, as well as with the fabrication of bespoke systems. His skills are exactly what we need to maintain our high levels of support for our rapidly growing customer base in the UK.”
Jack, “I am thrilled to be given the opportunity to work with the latest hydraulic technologies and continue my professional development with a company renowned for its innovative valve automation systems.”
Jack holds numerous qualifications in construction plant maintenance and management as well as an Information and Technology GNVQ. His hobbies include football and rugby as well as restoring classic vehicles; with his latest project being the restoration of a 1947 Ferguson tractor.
