They are Electro-hydraulic Spring to Close Actuators, Model HYL-25,4(C)-122-SRCF10(165)-RS3-rod60, with Control System.
As main components you can find a Solenoid Valve, Limit Switches, an Handpump for manual operations and Junction Boxes.
