Fail to close Subsea Actuator
Paladon Systems is pleased to announce that has completed the order for the supply of a Spring Return Fail to Close Subsea Actuator (Model PNS-8-706-SRC16F-10bar-SUB50) with Control System. This Actuator will be installed on an 8”300 valve, at a maximum depth of 12 meters, inside the Gas Subsea Pipeline & Mooring System Project in the LPG facility, Bay of Bengal, Chittagong, Bangladesh.
Control System of the Actuator is penned in a pod able to control the Actuator automatically, manually or by onboard batteries (3.6 V battery pack). Control system includes also a Limit Switch, a Positioner, and a double coil latching Solenoid Valve (for opening and closing).
