Paladon Systems would like to hear from companies interested in partnering with them to support valve actuator and control system sales in their country.
Primarily used in the Oil & Gas industry, Paladon Systems manufactures a comprehensive range of pneumatic and hydraulic valve actuators and bespoke control system packages. Widely recognised as being a market leader in advanced valve actuator control systems, Paladon Systems offers business partners three alternative types of partnership as detailed below.
Paladon Systems agents operate in a designated territory or territories to market Paladon Systems products within them. There are three main types of customers and agents will be expected to market Paladon Systems products to each of them; these being valve manufacturers or valve stockists, Engineering contractors and End Users. Agents are remunerated on a commission basis for any designated Paladon Systems products either; purchased from, engineered in or installed into their territory or territories.
Non-stocking Valve Automation Centres (VACs) operate in a designated territory or territories to market and sell Paladon Systems products within them. Non-stocking VACs will be expected to solicit product enquires (RFQs) from valve manufacturers or valve stockists, engineering contractors or end users located within their territory or territories. Non-stocking VACs will be expected to:
In the event of a purchase order placed on the non-stocking VAC, Paladon Systems will supply valve actuators to the non-stocking VAC at prices below market standard and the agent will be responsible for completing the valve actuator and control system or the valve actuator, control system and mainline valve package.
Stocking Valve Automation Centres (VACs) operate in a designated territory or territories to market and sell Paladon Systems products within them. Stocking VACs will be expected to stock complete pneumatic and/or hydraulic ¼-turn scotch-yoke valve actuator or modules (power, drive and spring) of these types of actuators. Stocking VACs are expected to solicit product enquires (RFQs) from valve manufacturers or valve stockists, engineering contractors or end users located within their territory or territories. Stocking VACs will be expected to:
In the event of a purchase order placed on the VAC, they will be expected to use their valve actuator stock, design and assemble control systems and supply the package to their customer. In the event that the stocking VAC does not have the required valve actuators in stock, Paladon Systems will supply the valve actuators to the stocking VAC at prices below market standard.
